The What Michael Likes blog was founded on November 19, 2012 by Michael Sta. Ana as the primary publisher and author. At first it was his personal blog that focuses on his own adventures and experiences in the Philippines, where he is currently residing at. Until things have changed when he finally found what 'he really likes' to write about.

Now, What Michael Likes has transformed into a blog site dedicated to exposing the readers closer to a bigger picture on travel, food, history, culture, arts and everything about the Philippines (and beyond). It's now a site which aims to give a kaleidoscopic view of what is really happening within the Filipino society. Though sometimes it discusses community issues, its approach is always neutral yet always wants to stir interesting conversations.

    1. Hi Barok,

That's so flattering. Thanks for appreciating my work. Yes, I guess, I will keep on blogging not just as a hobby but also a good way to promote how beautiful the Philippine is, not just superficially but even it's complicated culture makes it unique and beautiful. I will try my best to expose the readers closer-- that's a 'What Michael Likes' promise...
