Dropping by at Saigon Restaurant

From Manila to Baguio, the road is long so you really need to stop, take a break and sometimes you crave for good food along the way.

And hungry enough, you always choose fast food since this is the most accessible and of course, the fastest served food you can easily grab.

As a matter of fact, there are lots of choices. There are more restaurants there that you might just pass by without noticing them along the road.

If you usually pass by Nancayasan, Urdaneta, Pangasinan, there is an affordable restaurant here that I just discovered. The name is Saigon Restaurant and it’s just located along Marcos Highway. It offers Asian cuisines—Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Filipino dishes. If you are craving for seafood, dumplings, wanton and lechon kawali, this would also be a great place to satisfy that cravings.

Pho—a traditional Vietnamese noodle dish, is one of the restaurant’s specialties.

Unlike other casual restaurants, Saigon’s exterior and interior design is very simple and neat. It’s like a Minimalist-Zen combo to me. It’s very relaxing to the eyes:

How about the food? The best word to describe it issulit, meaning, you are getting what you have paid for. I thought that dining here might be so expensive but I was wrong!

Aside from their sumptuous Pho, they also offer combo meals for group of three, five or more persons. Combo meals are more practical if you come here with your family or friends. Every Friday too, from 11 AM to 2:30 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM, they are offering “Eat All You Can” promo which I know you will surely love! (Eat All You Can Rate: P170 Kids; P250 Adult)

Hong Kong Fried Chicken

Beef Brocolli

Crab and Egg Soup

Saigon Fried Rice

So the next time you head northbound, this would be a great place not to forget to drop by at. I can say that dining at Saigon is all worth the cost! (or get your money back. LOL)
